The products we develop are used not only in the automotive industry but also in the caravan and boat building sectors, in the defense industry, and in other technically demanding fields.
Products
In addition to standard off-the-shelf solutions, we also develop custom components and systems to meet specific technical requirements. These include, among other things, special coatings, insulated piping systems, and custom-designed mufflers. Development is application-oriented and carried out in close coordination with the respective operating conditions and design specifications.
Thermal Insulation Tubes
- Two-layer or multi-layer designs
- Material: Aluminum, glass fabric, PET nonwoven fabric
- Diameter DN 10 – DN 150, length 30 mm to 30 m
- Temperature-resistant up to 250 °C
- Advantage: increased temperature resistance, flexible application, stretchable and compressible
Silencer
- Suitable for use in high-pressure systems
- With optimal bending behavior
- Enables difficult pipe routing in the tightest of spaces
- Temperature-resistant up to 200 °C
- Fire safety: Non-combustible per with DIN 4102
Ventilation and Exhaust Pipes
- Insulation: Mineral wool
- Heat-resistant up to 200 °C
- Non-combustible per DIN 4102
- Depending on flexibility requirements, single- or double-layer Westerform pipes or
- triple-layer Westerflex pipes can be used in the design.
Custom Solutions: High-Temperature Silencers, Boat Silencers, Insulated Pipes
- Corrosion-resistant, flexible pipes made of stainless steel 1.43.01 or higher-grade
- Cost- and application-optimized solution
- Variable application length
- Temperature resistance:
- Continuous: approx. 350°C
- Short-term: approx. 600°C
